A Grammatical Sketch of SomaliKöppe, 2003 - 104 من الصفحات Die vorliegende grammatische Skizze des Somali (Somalia) bietet zunächst allgemeine Informationen zur Sprache wie Verbreitung, Dialekte, Status und Orthographie. Somali gehört zu dem ost-kuschitischen Zweig des Afroasiatischen. Mit einer Sprecherzahl von 9 Millionen wird es hauptsächlich in Somalia, Äthiopien, Djibuti und Nordkenia gesprochen. Als Muttersprache praktisch der gesamten Bevölkerung Somalias erfuhr das Somali nach 1972 eine beachtliche staatliche Förderung und wird heute in allen Bereichen des öffentlichen Lebens benutzt. Modernisierung und Standardisierung haben ein hohes Niveau erreicht. Der didaktisch strukturierte Hauptteil führt in die Phonologie, Morphologie und Syntax ein. Innerhalb der verbalen Morphologie stellen die attributiven Verben (attributive verbs) und die pre-verbs, welche die Präpositionen ersetzen, im Somali eine morphologische Besonderheit dar. Der Anhang enthält einen kurzen sozio-politischen Text mit englischer Übersetzung und lexiko-grammatikalischen Anmerkungen. |
