At a Meeting of the Committee of Management of the BANNATYNE CLUB, held at Edinburgh, in the Hall of the Antiquarian Society, on Monday the 22d day of April, 1839:

RESOLVED,

That the French Metrical Romance of LA MANEKINE, written by PHILIP OF REIMES, an Anglo-Norman Poet of the xmth century, be printed from an inedited manuscript in the Bibliothèque du Roi, under the superintendence of M. FRANCISQUE MICHEL, at Paris, for the Members of the Bannatyne Club.
