Mr. ANDREWS. How much had you spent from this fund at the end of December 1960?

Mr. WYLIE. $377,359,000.

Mr. ANDREWS. What was the appropriation for 1961?

Mr. WYLIE. $775 million is the amount appropriated for fiscal year

1961.

Mr. ANDREWS. How much carryover do you anticipate?

Mr. WYLIE. In 1961?

Mr. ANDREWS. At the end of this fiscal year.

Mr. WYLIE. Based on the rate which we have achieved as of December 31, I do not expect any carryover in fiscal year 1961. Mr. ANDREWS. Mr. Reporter, will you put this table showing the figures as of December 31, 1960, in the record at this point? (The table referred to follows:)
